Pros
Eserve Merged with TCS Core and became TCS BPS in 2012. Apart from Compensation and Promotion issues everything is just fine.
Cons
Even after merge they have not revised salary as per core TCS employee. For promotions they take (absolutely not required assessment) and your promotion period keeps getting delayed. Very less salary compared to the market. Even within TCS. Core TCS pays good but not TCS PAYS bad. Its like same salary for a 4 yearer of TCS core and 7 yearer of TCS BPS. Even through academic and skills are same. Because of this if you are serhing other jobs outside they will give a 30% hike on current salary . So you are again in the same pit of less salary
