1. TCS is now forcefully mandating employees to work from the office for 5 days (9 hours per day) otherwise get a QVA cut 2. No additional benefits are provided, such as Diwali gifts/bonuses or rewards for outstanding project contributions like other Tata Group companies 3. Employees in grade C3 or higher may lose their quarterly variable pay. 4. All employees may see a reduction in their quarterly variable/performance pay if they don't comply with policies, especially WFO policy. 5. TCS promised full WFH policy, then 25-25 model - now they forget every promise. They are utilising the current bad market to enforce employees to follow these bad policies 6. Growing toxicity in their culture 7. No timely promotion based on performance. Except you are manager's fav person. 8. No practical learning opportunity given (other than in pen & paper, or given any relaxation in work timing to acquire your aspirational skill) 9. Do not help the eligible associates who wants to take a transfer from their base location to another 10. False advertisement in media by management
