Bad Middle Management, Careless Project Managers, I learned from childhood that processes are made to make task easy but her too much processes have created a havoc, Like a government company Managers are absent or unreachable or come for few hours and one needs to coax them like anything to get approval. Good for people who could not get Indian Government jobs. No one will ask you anything or kick you unless you speak against any of them. Work doesnt matters at all. Do or dont do anything no one checks anything. Ratings are clearly given on regional favours and how much u support your manager.
