Pros
No pros. Well, there is one: The place is full of very narrow minded managers. But you must make yourself adamant to leave the project (if possible, which is HIGHLY unlikely) and join another one (I can't vouch for any other TCS projects). Or, you search for opportunities in other companies. Any company, how much in debt they might be, would be a better switch for you than this (for not being allowed to use the most appropriate words by Glassdoor) worthless place called SBI GITC (in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai).
Cons
The entire SBI project is a big pile of cons. Do not waste your time here. I did. I wasted 3 yrs of my life in torturing myself while working there. And I would not want it for any of my enemies. The people working there, especially the managers and those who work in this project so that they could be manager in this project, are the worst kind of scavengers, which even the jackals would be ashamed off. No prospect of future, no willingness to develop and grow. I have nicknamed some of the TCS employees/managers working there as "Dementors" (a character from Harry Potter movies who draw happiness out of your entire soul, leaving you as miserable as possible). You can very well imagine my frustration with the TCSers working in SBI project.
