Promotions and appraisals system must be changed-Team member always screwed up, not the boss. There must be two way appraisal or 360 appraisal-Middle layer management forms a league and understands the lower layer employees/management. - Resource management group must be revived to understand the associates career point of view and organisations business goals. Most of the time Resource management group never cosnider the associates interest.
