Pros
Lovely staff, lots to do, seem to have lots of money to spend on training, salaries etc.
Cons
Chaotic, ,slapdash, tendency to pass decisions 'up the chain'. For non-Indians cultural issues and management style can be incredibly frustrating. When I was there, it was literally a revolving door for Westerners.
