The company is pretty flexible in terms of fitting their working schedule around your availability, but if your on a full time contract expect no room for change
Cons
you only work during rush hour periods with no breaks in between. 3-4 hours straight through rush hour, with most kitchens being under staffed and managed. Management hardly helps especially when they know the kitchen is under staffed
