The company exists in a crowded space with large B2C competitors but still sees themselves on an even playing field. The company transitioned to completely Belgian management in 2017 and there’s a complete divide and lack of knowledge of the US advertising and digital media landscape. Sales Management has no sales, advertising, or media experience and manages a team of senior sellers in the space.
People here also hold grudges and create a toxic work environment for such a small company. Their internal negativity is the reason they can’t break out of their dysfunction.
Droves of people have left the company’s 2018-2019 and none have been replaced, resources just keep getting stretched or pushed and outsourced to an untrained Belgian office.
