Teaches the importance of teamwork.... There is always someone who knows a bit more than you do and can help in any situation... I have found that my hours are tailored as much as possible to my lifestyle....

I have experienced some managers who are not really people persons..... The job gets done but the staff can feel as though they know nothing...
