      They do have some benefit options, I guess?

      Cons

      High turn-over, dysfunctional leadership, poor (and sometimes rude) communication between leadership and employees; Leadership having little understanding as to what the employees actually do and get easily confused with our processes. Emotionally reactive leadership.
