Pros
Great employees, its like a family. Good Christmas parties and a little Chrissy gift too. Every now and again lunch is on for us like sandwich platters. Pretty casual environment, I mean they want to see results but at great about achieving them.
Cons
Some departments are 'too many chiefs not enough Indians' and there's some double standards but I've never had a problem but others break on it goes on.
