      In my situation they were not concerned about training even in a highly changing, technical environment where GS personnel were going to multiple training classes (several 3-5 days).

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
