1. False promises. 2. Your hard work is useless for the company. They can throw u out of the company any time. 3. Worst review process. I compeleted 6 projects in a year still they said that ur performance is not good. They believe only their old chamchas (Team leads and team lead ka chamcha). 4. No salary hike. They will give you only 2 or 3 thousand rupee hike and encourage you in first aparaisal, you will start working harder for the next appraisal. But in next appraisal either you will be fired or will get no appraisal. 5. Directors think they are most intelligent persons in the universe. They will treat you as if you know nothing. 6. All the credit of your work will be taken by your T. L. or his chamcha.
