Working for a remote team has a ton of pros! It allows for a flexible schedule that is great for mothers, students, and travelers. Most of the team is female, which makes it an extremely comfortable place to work for women. There are lots of learning opportunities to gain valuable skills like computer programs and SEO. Plus, everyone is very nice and supportive all of the time!

It can take a while to move up in this company and the earning potential doesn't seem to be that high at the moment.
