Pros
1. The people are great. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. There are also a lot of really intelligent people who make work interesting and a lot of fun.
2. Very flexible work schedule for all employees (except those answering phones for the call center). You are allowed to work from home when needed and a lot of people do this 3 to 4 times a week.
3. The product is exciting and new. There are tons of opportunities to grow the business substantially.
4. Most employees get actual stock. This isn’t something you see too often
5. Free snacks, sodas, lunch on Wednesdays and happy hour on Fridays.
6. Leadership gets it. They pay their employees above market rate and recognize hard work. They also aren’t afraid to let poor performers go if needed.
7. Very low turnover in general. I feel a lot of this can be attributed to the extensive interview process which one poster below didn’t like.
Cons
1. The office isn’t that nice. It isn’t what you would think of for a tech company and while there is plenty of parking it is just a strange setup. I do like the location though.
2. No 401K match currently
