Pros

Simple job, that doesn't require much brain power.

Cons

Promises to massive customers that capacity can't match. REACTIVE, instead of Proactive, does not value internal promotions. ZERO employee growth opportunities, zero investment in employee growth.

Pros

None that I can recall

Cons

This was one of the most disorganized companies I have worked for. I was hired to work at one location, but I was consistently sent to another facility about 20 minutes away. On top of that, interviews often had to be conducted at the secondary location because there was not enough dedicated office or interview space. This meant making multiple trips back and forth throughout the day without any mileage reimbursement or additional compensation. Communication and support from HR were also disappointing. The HR team often came across as dismissive, and employees who asked questions or requested clarification were made to feel like they were inconveniencing them. When I brought up concerns or relayed questions from candidates and employees, I was often met with an attitude of “you should already know the answer” instead of receiving guidance. Training and recruiting processes lacked consistency. I was instructed by a senior recruiter to screen for and communicate requirements that were not actually listed in the job description. This resulted in a hiring manager calling me to question why I was sharing inaccurate information. When I explained that I was following the guidance I had been given, the issue was brushed aside. Similar situations continued to happen, which eventually led me to verify information directly with hiring managers. Unfortunately, this created tension instead of resolving the underlying communication issues. There were also concerns about internal processes. When I questioned procedures that seemed incorrect or inconsistent, I was told they were being done at HR’s direction. However, when I sought clarification, it often became clear that there was a disconnect, and raising those concerns was not well received. The work environment itself was also challenging. During the summer months, temperatures inside the facility could exceed 100 degrees, and employee concerns did not seem to receive much attention. In addition, if you are a staffing partner, expect a difficult experience. I personally witnessed a recruiter hang up after hearing the name of a staffing agency and openly express frustration about working with staffing firms, despite having come from that background herself. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, inconsistent training, and unsupportive culture made this a frustrating place to work. I would encourage leadership to invest in better communication, clearer processes, and a more respectful workplace culture.
