Work and Life Balance here is positive! Management works with you to provide you with opportunities to grow with the Company. If you like challenges, like to work (hard work), are not lazy, and can accept professional criticism, you'll find working here enlightening to your career path. If you aren't any of the above, I would say, go somewhere else. There are days that are more stressful than others but life itself is stressful - you can't blame it on others or a company. Just keeping it real.....
Cons
I would say the "Cons" are people who always take things negatively and can only say bad things about others or their bosses. It's a bad work environment when all you hear all day are employees who only have bad things to say or talk negative and it spreads to others like a wild fire!
