A new Go To Market launch has opportunities and challenges on all fronts. We have an open door policy and welcome the dialogue. The supplemental incentive plan is in place to support the learning process as our newly onboarded Solution Consultants build up their book of business. The plan is tiered based on production and can pay up to $10k for team members who hit the highest targets. While the $10k payout may be the exception, we do regularly pay out incentive compensation in amounts ranging from $1k - $5k per month - plus residuals.
