Senior Consultant - Senior Consultant Tallan Employee Review

Layoffs and firing all over the country but they do not report it so few people actually know what is really going on. Training is a horror show. Most times sent out on assignments as the 'expert' with a higher job title then you actually have and being paid for. No prior training on the tools - learn it yourself then go out on the road as the expert. Then you get reprimanded for not knowing the tools inside out. This was not the norm for Tallan years ago but with recent management changes it is now. Often my job title would change based on the company needs for appearances sake. When questioned on this they say - 'we do that'. Required to work a 45 hour week. No Work from Home at all unless your in the "in" group who is allowed to work from home. Work Life Balance is non existent. Travel arrangements and billing procedures are a horror show at best.
