Things move really fast its sink or swim, I like this but some don't. Startup budget can be limiting in some ways, but it hasn't ever stopped us from having a good time.

I'm provided with opportunities to grow. I have managers who trust me. I enjoy the nature of my work and I strongly believe in our mission. I'm celebrated for my work. The company culture fits my personality - values are aligned. This is the first workplace where I've felt fully encouraged to be my unique and quirky self. I see the value that each and every individual brings to this company and I appreciate the amount of intention and focus management places on getting the right people in the right seats.

Working for a start-up is a constant grind, there are no slow periods. Things can change fast and problems need to be solved often without having a past precedent to reference, so you have to be creative and willing to put in the hard work.
