Its hard to put into words how disappointing my experience with talent serve was. They dont just fail to deliver on their promises - they actively deceive and manipulate students for their own gain. The projects they assign are meaningless and its clear they are only intrested in taking your money by the way of crowdfunding. they will force you to do bloggings , increase their followers, do CSR activities irrespective of which department you belong to. They only play with the carrer of students for their own benefits. whats worse is the complete lack of professionalism from Megha , their CEO her behaviour is beyond rude she dont have the basic manner also how to talk. If you ask any questions to her she will reply in a very bad way or may be remove you from group because she dont have any answer. They dont even pay you anything or provide any certificates. There is no proper schedule of anything . No matter how much i write that will always be less to show the reality of that fake company Talent serve. There are good reviews as well which they force to do in terms of their general management roles. They talk alot about professionalism but they dont even have the P of professionalism. whosoever is reading this its a request not to get into this company . you will only waste your time , dont let them trick you the way they tricked me and many others .
