Pros

I've worked at Talentedge for a number of years and always enjoyed it. The senior leadership team are great (ambitious, high achieving, understanding & supportive), the training program is A* and people always seem to be having a great time. Talentedge have a great name across media / tech / consumer & I feel really privileged to work here.

Cons

None spring to mind over the years I've worked here.

Pros

A really friendly place to work - lot's of fun and you get loads of support from colleagues - i've never worked anywhere where consultants give each other so much help. People work hard but this isn't the sort of place that you have to be sitting at your desk really early or late just for the look of it - you decide how you manage your time. If you want to move up or develop your career you don't necessarily need to become a manager - there are opportunities to take on account management responsibilities because they are on so many preferred supplier lists and big clients, some consultants have set up new desks. Having said that all the managers were promoted up to those positions - and get a lot of respect because they are still hands on.

Cons

It's not for everyone - if you want a really corporate place where you wear a suit to work this isn't it. You definitely need to be a grown up - you do get lots of support but they are not big on constant monitoring of KPIs so you do need to be able to motivate yourself

Pros

I worked at TalentEdge for over five years before moving overseas. The ability to learn, progress and really make the role your own were what kept me so long. It's a great team environment, collaborative, with a really supportive management structure. Great incentives too. Cool client base because of the industry specialism.

Cons

None that spring to mind...you are given the ability to work with freedom and that may not be for everyone, however it's great if you're a driven and diligent team player that is looking to succeed.
