Pros
Working Virtual from home without having to spend gas and clothing money.
Cons
You are expected to find quantity, not quality. There is not enough time in a 13 hour period to find $70k + 6 candidates to interview within a short period of time. You will work 60+ hours, make good on your quota, triple your quota, and not even get a Thank you. But the day you are 1 person short of goal you are called out by management on the internet by email that lists all the numbers in front of all associates. They hire "Leads" that have absolutely not one hour of recruiting experience and expect the better contractors to help them through everything until they learn. These new "Leads" are obviously the best friend of a lazy at the top. The pay is ridiculously low. Was $22 now they are hiring them on at $19 for 20 years or no experience...you all get the same and have the same rules, only more work if you are experienced. No raises, praises, offers, or experience at the top.
