Pros
- learn something new everyday: new systems, processes since things are always changing - admin work, interviewing, pairing candidates with clients and seeing a successful match - working with a growth-mindset team - wearing many hats and have the ability to learn as you go in a fast-paced environment - heavy involvement in team meetings where ideas are shared and improved -many moving parts so being adaptable and flexible will go far in the company - great hands-on leadership - Positive, friendly, welcoming work environment - Monthly Team outings, YAY! - possibly to travel to PH or JMD to visit the team - Get to hang around office pups (hypoallergenic) - ALWAYS heard as an employee & when you bring good suggestions to the table, they are implemented - sometimes clients send goodies! -Do I need to say this again?! GREAT, supportive, company culture!
Cons
- the usual when it comes to startups (not a dealbreaker): -401k (work in progress) - slight favoritism but it happens at any company you go to -no office stipend because most is provided to you but you do have to bring and use your personal laptop -not ADA accessible bc of broken elevator, BUT will be moving to a new office - No consistent office / bathroom cleaning staff -90 probation period to receive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) - quite a few zoom meetings - sometimes office pups have accidents (not a huge deal)
