Pros

Remote work opportunity. Exposure to international clients and support operations.

Cons

Compensation is significantly below market standards. The starting pay of USD 3 per hour does not align with the workload, expectations, or the rates charged to clients. No employee benefits are provided. There is no paid sick leave, emergency leave, or compassionate leave. Even in serious situations (including medical or family emergencies), time off is unpaid, regardless of documentation. Workplace culture can feel toxic. In my experience, there were issues of favoritism and discrimination that negatively affected team morale and inclusion. Limited employee support and lack of clear policies that protect agents.

Pros

Colleagues are actually pretty nice.

Cons

The client pairing process is a long wait. Yet they hire so many agents just to be part of the waiting pool.
