- Full of not working but seems to working employees that makes themselves important in the boss's eyes. - Doesn't value what the employee gives to the company, if you're done on their eyes, you're done. - If a mistake is made and if that mistake is made by a foreign employee, than it's not a mistake, it's just a normal thing in workflow even if the mistage is really huge and negatively affects the sales. - There is no well-planned schedule on projects, sometimes your 3-month work can go to thrash just by one word that comes from boss's mouth, even if he said to you to do so for the 3 months. - No reason to trust the company on continuity of working, you can be fired in 3 hours without a single warning even if you didn't do anything bad. - Don't trust your colleagues, they always look for your small mistakes to report it to HR. - In last 2 years, everyone were working with a fear to get fired instantly.

Very fun and relaxed environment to work in, everyone is really helpful. Good for both developing your skills and compensation for your efforts (especially for full-time workers)

A little far away from the city center, hard to go everyday If you live in the other half of the city.
