As you know, the beauty of being a member of the recruiting industry is having the opportunity to control your own professional development and compensation achievement. Base salary is only a portion of our overall commission structured, compensation plan and Talascend Recruiters can ultimately make as much as they would like to, based on the efforts they put forth. We are proud to note that 40% of the entire Talascend team has been with the company for over 10 years, but we also understand the realities of living within an industry that naturally exudes turnover. As much as we would love for everyone to have a passion for recruiting like we do, we realize it’s not for everybody. All we can do is keep sharing our excitement towards the industry and inviting additional members to join our team that will create a mutual partnership of employee and employer success! Talascend takes a very transparent approach to the way we do business and many of these operational items were discussed during our Recruiter Training session that took place in Troy, MI last week. As you may have heard, Talascend Recruiters from around the nation came together to learn, grow, and motivate each other and we will continue sharing suggestions like yours to make Talascend the best Recruitment firm in the nation.
