      meet some nice people and paid for the training

      hard to reach targets. better you do, the more leads you get. if you’re struggling to book, you’ll get fewer leads.

      Pros

      Good Working Culture and looked after. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      The pay for new recruits is lower, there is more work, and there is no budget for training. There are fewer holidays, only 21. Other than occasional outings, there are no birthday holidays or any other benefits.
