Pros
Overall Take is an average company to work for. The few good things here are that there are very talented professionals working here and I wish the company would care more for them. The company works on some very good supply chain solutions that will provide a good experience of supply chain and inventory tracking. It will also help understand how ERPs work especially Oracle Apps.
Cons
My initial time with the company was good but since the management changed and things were taken over by Chennai, the company seems to be getting worse every year. There is absolutely no fairness and the employees are treated very badly. There were lay offs once every few months and job security was nil. There was pay cut across the company which was supposedly temporary but the pay was never restored. Overall the work load here is not very high but the company isn't doing so very well. It appears as though the company will either close in few years or will be sold to another buyer
