Pros

- Great support from management - Knowledge sharing - A ton of smart and passionate people to work with, learn from and get inspired by - Lots and lots of dogs - Great product, smart tech and creative marketing - Lots of room for personal growth - A lot of out-of-office activities that really help building a bond

Cons

If you're the type of person that likes to chill with a cup of tea in the morning , or you're the "this isn't in my job description" kind of person, maybe it isn't for you. Tails is on a serious mission to change the world, and you better be ready to get out of your comfort zone and put in the work. Only real con are the passive-aggressive emails and chat messages about things like dirty dishes left behind - is it really the end of the world if someone left a cereal bowl in the sink and forgot about it?

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. It’s great to hear that you think there are a lot of development opportunities at tails.com. As you say, changing the world of pet food for good isn’t an easy project, but by supporting and challenging each other we can definitely make it happen. Thanks, Henrik Malmquist Head of People, tails.com

Pros

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career.

Cons

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career. On the flip side, you trade away some control over your time and decisions, deal with office politics and bureaucracy, and face limits on flexibility and earning potential. It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
