Pros

To start, there are some seriously great people working at Tagrem. Talented people with big ambitions, common goals and friendly personalities. Tagrem definitely has a start-up atmosphere, with fun perks like free drinks, snacks, weekly company lunches, flexible hours, company events, easy parking, and even the opportunity to travel and work at one of our other offices in another country! This is a truly exciting time to start a career here, as the personal growth potential is seemingly limitless. We have recently redefined and revamped our brand and website and have landed some big-name clients to start 2017 strong. Additionally, there is a lot of freedom to pitch new ideas and improve different processes without fearing you won't be heard. My big advice to a lot of the current employees is to speak up, management wants to hear new concepts and ideas on how to improve the company. There really is a great sense of camaraderie on certain projects and a lot of learning potential if you desire. Last, Tagrem has created a line of their own products that are literally disrupting the technology field, and it truly is an exciting time to be a part of it!

Cons

As a tech company with a startup feel, things move really quickly and expectations can be high. Projects sometimes have unrealistic timelines, but a lot of us know that it's just part of any startup environment.
