      Pros

      Good collaboration and start up feel - everyone knows each other in the London office.

      Cons

      Tag management is limited and error prone - all clients want the implementation customized and its not a self service product.

      Pros

      The people are just all team players from top management to lower level no difference in seniority. Everyone is treated as an equal. I like the fact local people like us are given a chance in a prestigious organization like Tagman without discrepancies
