      You grow a connection unlike anywhere else at my particular store that is hard to replicate. You tend to grow a lot more the more you things you go through.

      Cons

      Poor management (at my particular store) Very prominent problems that get ignored.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
