      rarely encounter mean customers, great management.

      Cons

      no KPI incentive for people who are good at sales. There is no incentive for us to make customers spend more.

      Really easy You get good discounts

      Cons

      Can get really, really boring since you’re there by yourself most of the time. Also, the pressure to reach donation goals is insane and seems sketchy
