Pros
A lot of people at TYLin really care about being kind and doing the best work possible
Cons
Unfortunately, TYLin seems to rush through (or skip) onboarding, and that has led to a company with a lot of new employees who are frustrated by not really know what's going on. Problems take 3-5 times longer to solve, and some people are so demoralized that they have stopped trying, caring, or being courteous. They didn't even get the tax documents correct this year. It's a real mess.
