Pros
Since we started up this little design firm, 10 years ago, I've tried to make sure we follow two core philosophies — first, to never compromise on the quality of our work, and to always make sure we respect and value the people we work with, both in our core team and in our external network of creative collaborators.
As Founder and Creative Director, I've been content in the knowledge that we've made very few compromises in creative output, over the years, and my team and I still look back at the work we've done, with a continued sense of pride.
Cons
Probably the only area in which I believe we could stand to see more traction is bringing in more clients, but that is the never-ending quest of the creative firm. Even when we're swamped with projects, we're hungering for more work.
