Incompetent middle management, senior management is pretty much the same. The problem is many of them don’t have serious industrial/private company experience, they were promoted at TWI, but culture can be toxic and they lack true professional skills, The management methods bar far behind industrial standards and very inefficient, no investment in technologies and people and the company cannot compete. So the accountability and workload is the otherway around compared to many companies, which means lower grade staff has more accountability and workload then senior managers. If you are thinking of joining think twice, company does not have shareholders, therefore no serious accountability for managers for wrong decisions after wrong decisions and hardworking people on the ground suffers the most.
