      Amazing work environment. Everyone is super friendly.

      Cons

      Employer is never there. A lot of times, he doesn't pay on time. It's okay if you need preliminary experience. But don't expect to get a job here

      Thanks for your feedback! By the way, we don't even have a Digital Media Strategist position and never have had one so it is not clear who this review is from and whether it is fake. We have never not paid our employees. We do admit that we did experience some delays in payment to a few vendors in 2015 due to us not being able to collect payment from clients as fast as we would have liked. But all employees are paid ultimately. We offer jobs and promotions based on satisfactory performance and make this very clear to everyone and unfortunately some hires do not perform at the levels required to merit a full time position.

      Pros

      TVI is a great company to do your internship. They really do care to help you grow in your learning process and they make sure you learn, work and enjoy your time there. They are constantly giving you feedback of your work, how can you improve it and do it better next time. They take a lot of their time to si down with you and go through the projects, and also give you the opportunity to even do other task and responsibilities like present to clients and meet clients.

      Cons

      I was a remote intern so I didn´t spend much time at the office so you miss the opportunity to get to know the rest of the team and make some new friends.
