Pros
A great working environment as the team were good fun. Guaranteed salary and the perks were good. I got a company car and an apartment too.
Cons
No work life balance. It's all about the job and depends on who you report into. Nothing seems fair in the company and the company are very selfish. It's all about making money, hitting targets and if you don't there is inside bullying.
