      The pay is high and training is provided.

      Cons

      This company is very untrusting. You are not allowed to wear a digital watch or carry a phone with you for fear that an employee may steal a customer's information. No books or writing utensils are allowed to take notes while training. As a visual learner, i was hard to grasp new information without writing anything down first.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
