      Pros

      They are quick to hire intelligent individuals who can aid them in their new projects. This allows the company to expand rapidly into new and exciting areas.

      Cons

      Often the company it too quick to expand into new projects without the proper training and or manpower. This tends to lead to unrealistic expectations and an overtaxed workforce until new and fresh training teams are released to the production floor.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
