The hiring process at TTEC is swift and straightforward. Additionally, the remote work setup provided a positive experience.

Cons

During my time at TTEC, I was part of a project where many colleagues, including my manager, were let go. Despite assurances of new opportunities on a different project with priority for us, the promised start date was consistently pushed back for weeks. Unfortunately, the position was officially denied two months later. This uncertainty and broken promises had a significant financial impact, and it's unclear if this is a broader issue at TTEC or a unique experience.

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
