Pros

This is a great place to work if you can handle talking to customers and dont take anything personal. Lots of bonuses, "Ok" paid if you compare it to outside. Company makes parties and monthly events and recognizes its employees.

Cons

Customer service is not for everyone, if you are going to take personal what clients tell you, you are going to have a bad time. Sometimes you can see some favoritism towards female employees from male supervisor, but that happens everywhere right? Depending on the campaign you have roll schedules depending on your metrics.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
