I really enjoyed my job for the first year but all the changes and inconsistencies got to me. If your equipment is down for any reason (internet power) and it’s not a system issue your not getting paid sorry! (the vpn randomly disconnects from even the most reliable internet connection and that’s your fault btw, cuz of course it has to be your internet) everything is scripted, and this changes constantly smh. You can take it as a positive if your lazy and weak minded but for me it’s impersonal and speaking from experience and literal conversations with real clients and customers ppl get sick of dealing with robots and yes men and want honestly, empathy, genuine human connection and to be heard. I wish I could help more I feel helpless a lot and ppl are really in bad situations and need help a lot if the time. Average handle times are impossible if your hitting their goals here no way you are doing a good job you hit a script 5 pages long and 340 seconds to get it all in and check everything document and do it all right the Quality scoring us damn near impossible as well they WILL find something wrong be it tone dead air there is always something. Don’t know who does what or what us going on half the time it’s a situation where you may want to actually help but you can’t you don’t have the ability or knowledge you only got your scripts and stray from that and your getting points off I promise
