      Pros

      Very smart people work at TeleTech... you can learn a ton about international business and even may have the opportunity to travel internationally. Some people are very successful at TeleTech.

      Cons

      It's a very tough world to succeed in. Little feedback on performance until it's too late. Lack of training. Unhappy workforce.

      Pros

      Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

      Cons

      Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
