Pros
- Remote - Some roles are above minimum wage - Some projects allow the use of a company computer - Company offered benefits (I don't recommend unless you can't get any better insurance)
Cons
- TTEC software is difficult to remove from personal PC so if you have to work for TTEC I recommend NOT USING TTEC SOFTWARE on your personal computer and ask for a company computer be sent. - Loss of hours AND change of schedule in the middle of projects and when transitioning between projects without even a days warning - Forced to use PTO instead of paying employees for hours/days lost due to the company's error outside of the employees control - Some leads don't provide actionable feedback to help improve metrics - EVERYTHING is done via a ticketing system - Company basically treats people like a number including the Benefits department - Varying results when contacting internal company support (ASD)
