Pros

Good benefits, great people to work with.. they are just like friends. The company´s values are something really important for me. Join TeleTech, it is a great pleace to work.

Cons

I wish TeleTech would have more sites to apply to, there are so many people all around México that could be part of this great company.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
