Pros

There weren’t any Pros at this Call Center. Every day there would be endless unnecessary drama from adults, employees would gossip, stab co-workers in the back, lie, and some employees would make fun of people with disabilities. I recommend that if you have a disability it might be best not to tell anyone because of the way some employees were treated when they did. It could depend on Management. No Pros!!

Cons

Very Stressful Toxic Environment that won’t be fixed. HR and Management allow employees to be bullied, disrespected, yelled at, belittled etc. The good employees leave because the company values Bullies. Going to Management and HR brings on retaliation and makes work intolerable. Extreme Micromanaging! Huge Disappointment! I would never recommend anyone to work there.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
