      Pros

      It is nice to work from home, and there are opportunities to apply to different departments once hired. There are some company discounts. A 401k Plan is offered. It is easy to pick up extra shifts, or find someone to cover yours if needed. It is good experience.

      Cons

      They have close to minimum wage starting pay with very little raises for jobs that require much skill, intellect, patience, and perseverance. After shift reports/work is required that you are not payed for, (off the clock).

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
