      Pros

      I worked there for several years. The one best thing about Teletech, was the people. Those sitting beside you, on your team, were amazing. Some supervisors made working there decent and enjoyable, unfortunately management could not be described as such. Some would just sit in their cubicles, ignoring those around them. It was a good place for the people.

      Cons

      The stress of everything. At times we felt like we were just a number and not a human being. The quotas were ridiculous and not viable. I loved my job - however my job went to India.

      Pros

      Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

      Cons

      Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
